Building on experience in managing local clinical networks, Carsten joined NHS NSS in 2015 where he has worked in Programme Manager and Senior Programme Manager roles with responsibility for commissioning and managing diverse portfolios of national networks. He has been the Senior Programme Manager for the Scottish Perinatal Network since 2019.
